We recommend scheduled maintenance on all heating and cooling equipment to ensure greater reliability, maintained energy efficiency and peace of mind knowing that your heating and cooling equipment is properly maintained. It is advised by equipment manufacturers that maintenance be performed prior to each heating and cooling season.

Each of Andgar’s Premium Service Agreement plans has been designed to meet the specific requirements for each type of heating and cooling system. Whether you have a basic gas furnace or a complex dual fuel system we have a maintenance program either Standard or Deluxe that will exceed your expectations and protect your system for years to come.

- 10% discount for service repairs on equipment listed on the agreement

- Priority status, as a PSA customer you are top priority should you ever have an equipment emergency
