• Extreme Performance. With the new technology in place, you can expect to sort small fruit and other small sortable objects at production rates of up to 15,000 lbs/hr on a 30” system and 20,000 lbs/hr on a 48” system.
• Extreme Accuracy Even Under Heavy Reject Loads. We can achieve sorting accuracy levels of up to 95% and higher at any volume up to our maximum levels.
• New Belt Design. Our new style of belt prevents round fruit and other round sortable objects from rolling through the vision field as rolling can contribute to sorting inaccuracies.
• User Friendly Control Interface. Even with its’ robust functionality, our system is simple to operate and easy to understand. Each system is also equipped with the latest flat panel touch screen technology.
• Open Ended Programming. We offer 2 years of free programming upgrades to the sorting routine that is initially sold to each customer. Entirely new sorting routines can be added or custom programmed as needed (at additional cost), including sorting parameters for non-color related issues.
• Trainable Sorting Parameters. Our new technology has training functionality built right into it. With our snap shot feature, you can capture still images of sortable objects on the fly while in production and then adjust sorting parameters based on the captured images.
• Cost Effective Upgrading. With our new digital environment, hardware and software upgrading down the road will be cost effective and simple.
• Complete Remote Technical Support. We can tap directly into our customer's systems to upgrade or administer their program through an Ethernet connection (provided you have a broad band internet connection at your facility).
