• Includes extremely easy 3 step weight set up with a dedicated button for Set point 1, Set point 2 and Tare.  No need to toggle through different menus or screens to set your bulk and trickle weight set points… just hit the buttons and enter the weights.
• One button manual cycle start.
• Includes adjustable flow gate that blocks off all fruit flow accept a narrow trickle lane that allows 1-2 rows of fruit trickle during the final seconds of the trickle cycle (if you are running raw delicate fruits, flow gate can be bypassed entirely with a simple adjustment).
• Includes high speed 12” wide KVP/Intralox style belt feeder (3 times the speed of traditional vibratory feeders).  The increased feeder speed helps to lean out the flow of the fruit to a single layer to facilitate a more accurate trickle fill cycle.
• System designed to achieve very accurate weights at up to 8,000 lbs per hour when filling into 30 or 40 lb boxes or pails (assumes manual cycle start and placement and removal of your boxes or pails).
• System is UL listed and CSA approved and can be set up for different voltages to be operated virtually anywhere in the world.
