Gas, Propane, or Electric Furnace maintenance includes:

Testing of safety controls and shut-offs

Inspection and cleaning of the automatic controls including control boards, gas valves, inducer motors and wheels

Check of blower, motor and belts for wear, tension and alignment

Removal and cleaning of burners and flue pipe

Visual inspection of heat exchanger

Inspection of all wiring for loose connections and damaged insulation

Testing of supply voltage and amperage draw

Cleaning and flushing of condensate system

Check for proper air flow and distribution temperature

Lubrication as needed
Heat Pump or Air Conditioner maintenance includes:
